Wonderful overall experience. Clean place with patient staff. Lots of options, delightful food. Attractive rooms and big with nice body care products, good size bed, for instance.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. the staff are helpful and deserve a 4-star rating. the rooms are new-fashioned and attractive, with a safe box, central heating, and a TV set. Private bathroom is modern. the hotel is set in a stunning and particularly good location right by the nearest metro/train station, the National Museum and Sanjusangendo Temple and the next available convenience store.

This place was spotless, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. the room looked really nice and it seemed like it had just been redone. the bed was super cozy, and they had useful stuff like a safe, heating, and a TV. It all had a really modern feel to it! 😊.

The room had an electric kettle, a personal safe, and climate control. the location of the hotel is marvelous, close to the National Museum and Sanjusangendo Temple. the private bathroom was spacious. A great spot to enjoy tea or coffee is the Cheesecake Factory nearby.

The location of this place is amazing, being very close to everything, including tourist attractions, and the modern interior design is wonderful as well, with a convenience store nearby.

The hotel provided a lot of great amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, coffee and hot water machine, and even a mini garden in the room. the staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel offered a pre-check in option before arrival, making the check-in process smoother.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for our needs, as it was far from public transportation options and major city areas. there was not a convenience store nearby, making it difficult to purchase snacks or drinks.

Exploring places was a bit tiring from here, but there were easy access to the Kiyomizu-dera temple, which gave amazing vibes to the stay. Convenience stores made grabbing quick snacks and beverages very easy. Nearest train station seemed quite far, but fortunately, bicycles were available right outside the hotel. the room's zen garden view was calming, and the staff service exceeded expectations.

There was no gym or fitness center on the premises to keep up with daily routines.

Great location, zen design, accessible amenities, clear communication, comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out experience using a tablet was convenient. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and convenience stores. We also appreciated the free coffee provided in the lobby.
